About the role:

We’re hiring a Graphic Design Intern to support our paid ads and event marketing creative. You’ll work directly with our Community Manager to design static ads, creative variations, and campaign assets that help drive ticket sales and membership for our global summits (Singapore, LA, Toronto, and Australia).

This isn’t a “make it pretty” role. We want someone who thinks about design in terms of performance, meaning how visuals affect click-through, clarity, trust, and conversion.

What you’ll do:
  • Design static ad creatives for Meta and other digital channels.
  • Produce multiple variations from a single concept for testing.
  • Adapt assets across campaigns, formats, and audiences.
  • Support creative for our summit campaigns and community promotions.
  • Design supporting assets for landing pages, emails, and community content.
  • Work from briefs that include messaging angles, audience context, and performance goals.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and keep working files organized.

What we’re looking for:
  • Strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, color.
  • A feel for digital marketing creative, especially ads that need to stop the scroll.
  • Ability to design with performance in mind, not just aesthetics.
  • Comfort producing multiple variants and iterating quickly.
  • Strong taste, but no ego about feedback.
  • Comfortable in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with founder, startup, or ecommerce audiences.
  • Light motion design or video editing.
  • Familiarity with Meta ad placements and dimensions.
