WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling designs for Amazon product listings and other Amazon-related creatives. This includes producing graphics that enhance product visibility, boost conversions, and align with Amazon’s creative guidelines.

In addition to Amazon design work, the Graphic Designer also handles other graphic design projects for internal needs. This includes creating marketing materials, SOPs, presentation decks, ad hoc projects, and other design assets that support Seller Interactive and Outgive’s operational needs.

On a day-to-day basis, the Graphic Designer collaborates with the Creative Team, Account Specialists, and Brand Strategists to ensure all visuals meet both client expectations and Seller Interactive’s standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently deliver high-quality, conversion-driven graphics for Amazon listings.
Create internal assets and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
Ensure all creatives are accurate, clear, and visually engaging.
Adhere to Amazon’s design guidelines and internal quality standards.
Demonstrate efficiency in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proactively collaborate with team members and provide creative input.

AM I QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION?

We don’t believe in a strict list of “qualifications”. We care more about the passion for the industry and role, the grit you have to learn new challenges, and your ability to work well with others! Here are some general guidelines of what we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in e-Commerce or Amazon-related content.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Strong skills in photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing.
Experience designing for Amazon listings or e-Commerce platforms preferred.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visuals.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for composition, color, and typography.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive conversions and visibility.
Research and performance analysis skills.

WHAT’S THE PAY?

The compensation starts at Php 33,000 - Php 35,000 and is commensurate and negotiable based on experience.

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work during core operational hours. 9AM - 2PM EST, plus 3 flexible hours per day. 40 hours a week.
